Postage depends on the total weight of your order and this will be calulated in the chekout. Unfortunately We cannot be held responsible for any glass breakeages in the post however we do pack our items very well to prevent breakeages when sending out for delivery. We would recommend a 14 day lead time to ensure complete satisfaction. Please take into account delivery times when ordering.

Returns, Cancellations

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or simply decide you no longer want the goods, . Items must be in a new and un opend condition, complete with all packaging in the state in which it was delivered.


If you wish to return goods for a refund, you must write to us by email to within seven working days of receiving the goods. We must recieve and confirm your refund request prior to you returning the goods.

we will refund the cost of the items, excluding delivery charges.

Live Bees

Cancellations of orders for live bees can be up to 24 hours before collection of nucleus of bees.

Refunds for deposits on nucs will be made, minus an administration fee of £5. Refunds for cancelled nuc orders prior to collection that have been paid in full will be refunded minus an administration fee of £10. full balance must be paid on delivery / collection day of bees


Returns will NOT be accepted under any circumstance and no refunds will be issued once the live bees have been collected or deliverd to the customer. If we are unable to supply your order and need to cancel your live bee order we will refund in full and any deposit paid.


Once your bees are handed over to you , they become your responsibility and should be looked after correctly , we are happy to give advice but once thaey are on your apiary you are responsible for them


Should you have any concerns when you recive your bees you must contact us straight away We will always do our best to sort out any concerns or problems that you have.

Should problems arise at a later date we are always happy to give advice.


Returning goods

Returned goods remain responsibility of customer until received by us. You must take reasonable care when returning goods to ensure they are not damaged in transit.


When returning goods we recommend you use a signed for delivery service, and request that you obtain proof of postage.

Return postage costs are bearable by the customer.


Upon accepting a return request, we will endeavour to refund the cost of the items back to the original purchasing card/account within 30 days.
