Return & Refund Policy
Refunds are accepted if tamper proof seal remains intact on honey. Delivery postage is not refundable.
If you wish to return goods for a refund, you must write to us by email to info@bizzybeehoney.co.uk within seven working days of receiving the goods.
We must recieve and confirm your refund request prior to you returning the goods.
LIVE BEES
Cancellations of orders for live bees can be up to 24 hours before collection of nucleus of bees.
Refunds for deposits on nucs will be made, minus an administration fee of £5. Refunds for cancelled nuc orders prior to collection that have been paid in full will be refunded minus an administration fee of £10. full balance must be paid on delivery / collection day of bees
Returns will NOT be accepted under any circumstance and no refunds will be issued once the live bees have been collected or deliverd to the customer. If we are unable to supply your order and need to cancel your live bee order we will refund in full and any deposit paid.
Once your bees are handed over to you , they become your responsibility and should be looked after correctly , we are happy to give advice but once thaey are on your apiary you are responsible for them
Should you have any concerns when you recive your bees you must contact us straight away We will always do our best to sort out any concerns or problems that you have.
Should problems arise at a later date we are always happy to give advice.
Delivery
Deliverys will be made by royal mail and set out on mondays , Please allow 14 working days for delivery. Nucs or full hives will be collection only , or by prior agreement
Please Note - ( Royal mail may not a leave parcels in a requsted place )
Loss and damage in transit
If your order has not been received within 14 working days please contact us and we will track your order.
Unfortunately We cannot be held responsible for any glass breakeages in the post however we do pack our items very well to prevent breakeages when sending out for delivery.
Should it be found to be lost we will contact you to discuss your options or reship your order.

All products shown on our website should be in stock, in the unlikely event that items are ordered are out of stock we will contact you.

Bee Experience T & C's
Child visit is a minimum age of 6
All children must Accompanied by an adult
You will be sent an email with the information of address and times two weeks before your set date
The experience is unsuitable for those in wheelchairs. Walking away from the bees after the experience is essential
( You will need to bring long cuff wellies for yourselves to wear with the bee suits )
( Do not wear aftershave's or perfume's as cosmetic smells can irritate honeybees )
The experience is unsuitable for those with allergies to bees of any kind we cannot guarantee you won’t get stung but will do our very best to ensure you don’t - if you have any sting allergies this experience isn’t for you.
Unfortunately, we can't control the weather If on the day we decide that the weather is too bad to inspect the bees then an alternative date for the Experience day will be offered. notification could be at short notice.
When you arrive you will be asked to sign a form with a few terms and conditions
Unfortunately, we do not have any toilet facilities on-site the nearest would be louth town centre which is 5 mins away.
